This site is operated by Julie Wilkinson Makerie Studio as a sole proprietorship based in Norway. By accessing our website or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms.

2. Products and Orders

Custom products are handled directly by Nova Felix and invoiced manually.
Premade products are sold through Shopify and subject to their terms.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products or pricing at any time without notice.

3. Payments and Shipping

For custom orders, we accept direct bank or digital payments as agreed.
Shopify orders use standard checkout and payment processes.
We aim to ship internationally, but delivery times and customs fees may vary and are the customer’s responsibility.

4. Returns and Refunds

Due to the custom and handcrafted nature of our products, all sales are final unless otherwise agreed in writing. Please contact us with any concerns.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including images, product designs, and text — is the intellectual property of Nova Felix / Julie Wilkinson Makerie Studio and may not be used or reproduced without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages resulting from use or inability to use our products or website, to the fullest extent permitted by Norwegian law.

These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Any disputes will be handled by courts in Norway.
