Where applicable, we ship under DAP - Delivered At Place (Incoterms® 2020). This means:
Nova Felix covers the cost of shipping to your delivery address.
You (the buyer) are responsible for any import duties, local VAT/GST, and customs clearance fees charged by your country.
These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost shown at checkout.
If you're unsure about your country's import charges, please contact your local customs office before ordering.
All Rebel Rosette orders are shipped from our studio in Oslo within 3-5 business days. You'll receive tracking info as soon as your order leaves the studio.
Shipping within Norway is free and includes tracked and insured delivery via Bring or Posten. Please note that very remote locations may be subject to exceptions — contact us if you're unsure.
International customers may be responsible for customs fees or import taxes. These vary by country and are not included in your checkout total.
We pack each rosette securely to protect it during transit. Every order also includes a small amount of plaster powder, which you can use to integrate the rosette seamlessly into your ceiling or wall.
If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the damage and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at enquire@novafelix.com. We will handle the courier claim on your behalf and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Custom-made products are non-refundable and non-returnable, as they are produced specifically to your order. For standard (non-custom) products, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving your order in accordance with Norwegian law (Angrerettloven). To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at enquire@novafelix.com within 14 days of delivery. The product must be returned in its original condition. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.
