International Shipping & Taxes
All orders are shipped from Norway using trusted international couriers such as DHL or FedEx.
We ship all orders under DAP - Delivered At Place (Incoterms® 2020). This means:
Nova Felix covers the cost of shipping to your delivery address.
You (the buyer) are responsible for any import duties, local VAT/GST, and customs clearance fees charged by your country.
These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost shown at checkout.
If you're unsure about your country's import charges, please contact your local customs office before ordering.
Delivery Timeframes
All Rebel Rosette orders are shipped from our studio in Oslo within 3-5 business days. You'll receive tracking info as soon as your order leaves the studio.
Domestic Shipping (Norway)
We offer tracked and insured delivery via Bring or Posten.
Customs & Duties
International customers may be responsible for customs fees or import taxes. These vary by country and are not included in your checkout total.
